Hours booked must allow sufficient time for setting/clearing up.
If the hall is not properly tidied up, the hirer will incur an extra charge for the time required to do the clean at £30 – £60, depending on the next date the hall is required.
The local rate is available where the hirer is a resident of the Parish of Green Hammerton, and the booking is for their personal or Green Hammerton based community use.
Residents booking on behalf of a non-Green Hammerton user or business will be charged the standard rate.
The local rate also applies to Green Hammerton based charities, organisations and organised Youth Groups (U16).
Booking fees are inclusive of wi-fi/broadband connection, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and linen. Any breakages will be charged for.
Long term users, paying in advance, may be eligible for a small discount with the agreement of the GHRC trustees.
